Transforming from the inside out: an HR Approach on business and digital transformation
Our March working session was strongly focused on HR issues and we were pleased to welcome two guests from Merck in Germany: Jennifer O’Lear, Head of Engagement & Inclusion, Chief Diversity Officer and Jana Latzel, Global HR Marketing.
During an inspiring presentation, they took us through the transformation process of Merck from the announcement of the new competency model in May 2016 to the roll out and first measurements. A great example of management leadership and a successful transformation process.
During the same working session, we also discussed some HR Key findings of the last “The Organization in the Digital Age” survey and we had a creative exercise around the impact of digital on behaviors in their organizations.
